Believe me! It is the easiest process you will ever come across in your life. But please please go with any bank card. If you plan to pay cash you will have to go through a process to make an ecard. If you have any bank card, you can just finish everything within maximum 5 minutes and leave with happiness. As it say, It is really a Happiness Centre. Hey All, Hear me loud, You should bring a bank ATM/Credit card with you for easy job.Thank you all the staffs over there for such a nice behaviour. I am really loving this country

One best Government Office Ive been too visit in UAE. All staff are very respectful and they are all caring the every customer.Really quick and very fast service.I completed the attestation of my graduation certificate with in 10 minutes.was my first time when I visited the office for my attestation.I paid here only 162 Dhs include the vat.Due to the covid pandemic they accepted only the digital money .Liquid cash is not accept there.

It is called customer happiness centre for all the best reasons.I reached its parking at 8:22am and I was outside by 8:35am. Thats how quick and easy it was.I had my babys birth certificate attested from Pakistans ministry of foreign affairs in Pakistan, and also attested from UAE embassy in Pakistan. I came here to attest the birth certificate and it was completely hassle free. They accept cards so dont worry about cash.Dont go to attestation service agencies, just come here and get your documents attested within no time.

Only took 10 minutes! Very fast service, especially for women since they let us first.But no skirts, mine is actually lower than the knee but still they asked us to change to pants.Overall, it was a good exp.

For some strange reasons the signature on the certificate is so big that its taking up quarter of the sheet! Like how a child would do it 🤔.I cant complain on the speediness of the attestation but definitely cant call it a happiness centre coz of the attitude and the way they deal with something taht took years of hard work to gain.

This is the best Government Office Ive been too in UAE. All staff are very respectful and they are all smiling. They have the fastest service as well and everyone is so accommodating.

I visited the ministry of Foreign Affairs office today morning. Very peaceful office and staff with quick service. But there are some issues. I have given the birth certificate both ( Arabic & English) and they stamped on both without informing me that only one certificate is required for attestation.It was my first time when I visited the office for attestation and was not aware that one or two certificates required for attestation.I think staff must inform the customer about it.Now I have paid 150 DHS extra for nothing.Not happy. May be I was wrong also but still stuff is aware fully and they must inform their customers.

Extremely efficient attestation service. Quicker than the UK. The place is now open post Covid so you don’t have to send your docs by post. Make sure you have the docs attested in your home country first. Paid online, went there showed the docs and done. Whole process done in 30 minutes

1. I was there for Degree attestation; which you can attest if you have a prior attestation from Embassy of UAE in your country or consulate of your country in UAE.2. Simply do the payment either through document attestation UAE website service and making a payment online or at the MOFA Customer Happiness Center (By either cash for which they charge 165 AED and gave you edirham, better to have change or through debit or credit card)3. Wait in queue and finally they attest it.4. The process is quite simple and fast.

Just a quick advice, dont go in Shorts. they dont allow me to enter in the office :) But the guy on the gate duty is helping and told me the complete procedure and check my documents & inform all requirements for Degree attestation.

Back in 2012 I attested there my diploma at MOFA. This year (2020) I was informed by PRO that he could not upload my diploma for my work permit, because it was getting rejected. So I visited MOFA and they told me my stamp was old (I paid for it 150AED in 2012) and I need to pay for a new one AGAIN ... that is one more reason to extract money form people who lost jobs due to current covid-19 situation... really VERY Disappointing. Also you will waste time to find parking...

Came here for certificate attestationAll COVID 19 precaution taken.I came in the morning for my Graduation and marriage certificate attestation in the morning around 8 AM and my job was done in less than 5 mins. I cam again at 11 AM for birth certificate registration. It took over 10 minutes to just find parking and there was a small queue overall it took over 20 mins. Hence come early in the morning

DONT GO WITH SHORTS. The attestation was smooth and fast! Better if you take a female companion as their queue is lot faster!

Friendly staffs and Fast procedures.I went there for educational document attestation.Out of 8 counters all counters are working with one extra counter.

Very disappointing experience which wasn’t handled well by a staff member and manager. Same POA which had spelling mistakes and had to be re done for the third time. First time 150AED, second time 150AED and then third time (with a name replacement only) 2,000AED!!!! Manager told me staff had made mistakes the first two times and I would have to pay the 2,000 now. No consideration for my situation, nor my urgency to complete document to get medical help for my special needs daughter. Really disappointing for the UAE.

Came in twice in a week for attestation.If you arrive by 10 am you will have a better chance at getting your work done earlier than if you come at 1pm.10 am - 25mins waiting time1pm. - 1 hour waiting time.There was a person that had to keep his kid in the car, make sure to come alone for MOFA work.*Both cash and card are accepted.

Now it is very complicated to apply for the documents get attested. My documents got rejected without a reason nor written explanation. I paid AED 155 + Emirates Post fee done thru online all the procedure. I ask thru online live chat but no clear answer received. You can not go directly to MOFAIC office due to COVID, but I hope they sent an instruction on what will be the next step for the rejected documents for attestation.

Visited the ministry in 2014 was assisted by helpful staff. The Ministry has been urged to aid dual citizens being detained in North Carolina. US Dept of State in Charlotte NC along with Sheikh Rashid Al Maktoum have information about the matter which involves dual citizen passport/visa government records & documents being unlawfully with held from him in Cleveland County NC.

The most effective 5 step easy and simple services available to the general public at the Ministry. Gr8 and friendly Staffs all-round.Explain your requirements clearly, slowly and in the most simplified manner to the Staffs and your job gets done quicker than expected. I guarantee !!While you wait for your ticket no. have some Arabic Coffee and relax. The job gets done anyways...!!

No visitors allowed, online services only since last week,all proccess is extremely slow...instead of spending 1 hour or a bit more when submitting directly in the ministry now the proccess is taking a week or even more, not to mention about the extra cost..absolute inconvenience!

Very simple and efficient process for education certificate attestation. I reached a few minutes before 8 a.m. when it opens. Got my token and I was second in the ladies line (if you are paying by card then you dont have to go to cashier and go directly to take your token and pay by card at the counter directly when he stamps your certificate). Once your chance comes it takes only 5 min. Kudos to the ministry.

Staff is so friendly , especially the gentleman at reception.Service is surprisingly fast.

Not fair at all, been here for more than two hours only three desks are working! Now I have to leave and come back again tomorrow and if am lucky I will be able to attest the birth certificate of my son! I went to the immigration office it took me 7 mins to get the visa stamped and done! Seriously the attestation office needs more staff to support the audience, I arrived and it was 102 tickets ahead of me! Three people only attending the audience :(

I went to MOFA yesterday, the place was nice, organised and nearly nine counters with representitives are available and they were super kind and professional, I completed my attestation in less than 10 minutes.

For those medical professionals from India and working in Dubai and who desire to get their company work/salary certificate will be asked to get the certificate attested from DHA at Festival city. Upon checking with DHA they confirm they do not carry out such Attestation.Work around is to register yourself with MOHRE and download the experience certificate online, take print out and then re-visit MOFA and can get Attestation now.

Very rude and unprofessional staff starting from the security at entrance till the staff sitting on seats. Only 2 or 3 counters work at a time and you need to wait alot before your job is done. And remember not to ask any question as they will mind and can refuse to do your jobe done. Surprisingly a government entity cannot be like this.

I was there for my academics documents attestation. There are eight counters but only two were serving. But still they were very quick.

Salma had helped me alot. I wanted to get my certificate attested from India as well as Dubai and she was very helpful. She was communicating every detail with me and got it done on time. Thank you Salma for all the help.

I went to attest my Police Clearance today at 8.20 and by 8.30 i was done, I must say it was a fast experience, i was in and out in literally 10 mins. 100% recommend. Go early to avoid long queue

Pleasant experience for getting my educational certificates attested.If you are coming by metro, get down at Burjuman,then take Exit 1 and the MoFA office is at walking distance.Follow the below simple process once you are inside MoFA office.If you are carrying cash, you need to get yourself an e-dirham card(issued at cash counter) loaded with an amount equivalent to your processing fee(told by person at cash counter after looking at the documents) and then get the token and wait in the seating area for your number to called up.If you are carrying credit or debit card, please proceed directly to get the token and wait in the seating area for your number to be called up.Once your token number is called at any of the counter, proceed to the counter and provide the documents, let them know your requirements, theyll process it, do the payment via e-dirham or credit or debit card and get the documents, verify and leave.I got my educational certificates attested within 5 mins at the counter. (waiting time was 1 hr. It varies depending on the rush and time when you are reaching the office)

I was hesitant if I should pay AED 50 extra to the typing center or come myself as I got to see Agee negative reviews. I decided to give it a try.Reached center around 9 am and went through the security scanner. As I was not sure if they accept card, took cash from Burjuman on the way. If you are paying by cash, you need to buy a E dirham card which costs AED 12 on the top of amount you gotta pay. This card can be reused by refilling at the cash counter. I chose to pay by debit card as I dint want spend 12 dhs on a card which I may not use in future.There is a token system. I guess there is a special counter for locals and ladies as I saw the token sequence was different. There were 36 people waiting and 3 out of 8 counters were open.The service is fast and they take around 2-3 mins to process one person. However, the turn around time turned upside down when few agents with 10s of 100s papers came for Attestation. They ate around 40 mins of multiple officers. I feel agents should have a special counter and the number of certificates that can be processed in one token should be limited to 5 or 10.Overall the process was good considering the 1 hour time for processing.

If you paying by cash, after you took the token. You have to pay in advance in any cash counter. You can expect large crowd so come early.
